Select each Player in turn by clicking "REGISTER PLAYER" to enter their individual T-shirt information (size, etc.,). When completed, add the Player and move onto the next Player on your Team. There are up to eight Players on each Team. The Captain, as Player One, has one extra field, that of "Team Name". This is used by the database to connect the delivery and contact information from the previous form just submitted.
